Norberto Rodriguez is absolutely the most knowledgeable, helpful, and energetic technician I have EVER had!!!!! He stayed as long as we needed him to explain everything and got the price down below a previous quote. Norberto is so enthusiastic and you can tell he loves his job. What a refreshing pleasure to have someone take time to make sure we were taken care of. The technicians that came out to install were on time, worked hard (didn't even take a lunch break), got everything done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.
