Our AC went out unexpectedly and we called The Duct Specialists and were scheduled immediately. The customer service representative explained to us that it might be late in the evening before someone could arrive but we were okay with it. They called a couple times to keep us posted as to when they arrived and with the utmost respect and professionalism. When the technicians arrived they were very courteous and professional. They came in and began working immediately. They inspected, troubleshot and repaired the problem within 20 mins. Our house was cooling before they left. Thank you Courtney and Matt for coming out late to help us stay cool! The Duct Specialists will be our go-to going forward.
