We had Randy come on site to look over the furnance that had gone out. He informed us that the electrical components were shot and although we have a maintenance plan with another company he strongly suggested we contact them first to see if anything would be fixed by them and if not he would send some one back out (which he did) to quote us on all our possibilities. He went above and beyond and didnt try to sell us additional items we may or may not have needed and gave us the options of the fix or a long term solution. We will be switching maintenance companies going forth as the customer service of everyone here was above and beyond and the prices were fair.
