After a very cold night and my furnace going out I called The Duct specialists. They sent Jamal out and he helped fix the issue and stayed until we got ahold of a sales team member that could ensure we’d be taken care of over the cold weekend. Great customer service from him and my comfort advisor Brandon W. was exceptional and thorough too.
