Randy went above and beyond amazing service when our air conditioner stopped working. In this Texas heat, we were going to have to wait several days for parts to be ordered and arrive before repairs could be made. Randy was able to get approval for the entire unit to be replaced at no charge within 24 hours. The damage to our old unit was extensive and he had to work the entire day either outside in 100 degree heat or in our attic, which was hotter. Throughout the day he was kind, thoughtful, efficient, and kept us routinely informed. We continue to be loyal to Duct Specialists because of its great service and wonderful staff.
