Casey C was our technician for a routine maintenance check today. I would like to compliment in having this gentleman on their service team as well as Casey himself. Casey was amazingly professional, informative but not overbearing, easy to discuss things with and answered all my questions, provided options to work within our budget. No big sale for Casey today, but he is a perfect example of why we choose to give this company our hard earned money when we are in need of their services.
