My air conditioning stopped working noon day and I called The Duct Specialists to schedule someone to come out. The customer service reps/dispatch kept me updated on when a technician would be out. I had just completed a service tune up a week prior, so I was unsure what was going on. Adam was dispatched, (same tech who completed my service tune-up) and was great, he explained what happened, got our system back up and going, and I am very pleased with Adam and The Duct Specialists services. GREAT JOB!!!!
