I rate this company a 5!!! Although we had a bit of a wait for someone to come out, I must say it was well worth it. The tech came out and found the problem within minutes. He had the part with him and it took him all of five minutes to get the air working again, not to mention the part and service was reasonable. I have Lupus and the temperature in my home is very important. We were so satisfied that we decided to pay a monthly fee and join their family plan.
