Sam Andrei came out today to service one of our furnaces. What a cool dude. Very personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. Took the time to call and find part that was needed, went and got it, and came back and repaired unit. House is nice and warm again. Many thanks to Sam, and The Duct Specialists for sending him out. Always had good service from this company in the past, but today's experience was by far the best!!
