Ryan was able to quickly establish a rapport with my wife and I which made us feel more confident in the quality of Milestone and the service they purport to provide. Although we are still deciding on whether or not to schedule the quoted service, the pricing was more than reasonable and we find that we are leaning towards using The Duct Specialists solely based on working with Ryan today
