We had an air balancing issue that we couldn't fix on our own. The technician was super knowledgeable, professional and on time. He looked through all of the rooms, made adjustments where he felt necessary and made suggestions on things that could be fixed to better improve the air quality of the house. He didn't rush through anything, he used the entire time schedule to be at our house and he took extra time to talk us through everything he saw and did.
