An order for a petrol hedge trimmer never arrived although the money was taken from my account. It appeared a third party company was involved and weeks passed.
I contacted Chipperfields who were aware of the problem with the third party company and they said they would sort something out. A few days later I was offered a different machine to the same value. Many respects to them.
