Speed and efficiency of delivery, helpful staff when you need to make contact. I accidentally ordered the wrong item so emailed and got a speedy reply attaching a prepaid label - can't ask for more.
Previously ordered an item online at 3.15pm and received an email at 4.20pm the same day saying item despatched.
