Very disappointed - purchased this lamp for my grandsons birthday. Since then it's spent more time not working than working as the remote seems to use batteries at a ridiculous rate. I emailed gift and gadget store to query if this was normal, or did we have a faulty product, and could they help at all but I have had no reply
