The 3 star is for original customer service, I ordered twice and called to explain my mistake. Very helpful. Unfortunately I have as a gift to my Godson and the bubble part wasn't working. I was due to go away the next day and just didn't get a chance to sort it out so was a bit of a waste. My fault for not arranging a return I'm sure they would have been helpful but product was faulty.
