Very unprofessional. I used them for the first time after they targeted me via Facebook ads. I ordered tsourekia for two of my cousins and their website was stating that they will be delivered in 2 business days and that if this is not the case they will let me know ASAP. 5 days had passed and the tsourekia hadn't been delivered so I contacted them myself for an update. Then they told me that the timelines are now different due to Christmas but this wasn't mentioned anywhere on their website. Some days later and 1 week after I placed the order they messaged me to say that they have run out of tsourekia. I was hoping to send my cousins a gift for Christmas and now there is no time to do this thanks to this mess. I am always using Agora Greek Delicacies and never had any such issues.
