I had to make use of their webchat before placing an order. What a lovely surprise to be talking to a person not a bot. They answered my query, looked out for my order once I completed it, offered me advice on the wine purchased and dispatched same day for next day delivery. What more could you ask for. Excellent range of products, great prices and fab customer service. I am a new fan!!
