I was happy with the customer service, who responded promptly to enquiries. I was also happy with the fact that the promised timing of the order delivery was kept to. I ordered Greek wine and baklava. I was happy with the wine but not happy with the baklava as this was not Greek baklava, as I had assumed, given that I was buying from a place selling Greek products. The baklava was Arabic, which is quite different from Greek and I feel that this should be made clear in the description of the product ahead of purchase.
