I have been treated harshly. They fiercely denied me access to withdrawals, when I only needed small money. They hoard my deposits and are too greedy to allow me to meet my financial needs. The initial promise was that I could withdraw some cash along my journey with them, but this was and is impossible. The other thing is that they are unreachable by phone or email. They lack decent customer service and transparency.
