Was sceptical about starting a diet like this so naturally asked a bunch of questions to the admin staff, they made everything so easy and the reply was so quick. The products themselves once arrived were great, the shakes & meals really helped me from feeling hungry throughout the day. Would recommend anyone looking to lose weight, customer service was such a big plus as well.
