I was 22 stone when I started the keediet rapid burn for 3 months just soups and shakes 5 a day when I finished I got down to 16 stone and 5 pounds that was with working out at the gym 4 days a week it was very hard not to deviate from it but I stuck to it and the results was worth it. I recommend. I highly recommend the Key diet but only for short term if you’re looking for weight loss I’ve got a lot about the nutrition side of things with the keediet.
