Does exactly what it says , lost a stone in first month just tasty shakes , bars and a 400 calorie meal of my choice in evening … got a wedding to go too ( Mob ) so this is my start of getting back in control .
Price excellent , delivery good never had to refund or return . Stock wise seem to run out quickly if my favourites but I order a few now of my fav so I don’t run out . 10/10 Thankyou .
