The flavours are delicious and don't have a horrible after taste, like some do. It would be good to develop dairy free versions, hence dropping a star. To account for stomach issues I take an additional supplement but otherwise all good. I've dropped 6lbs in two weeks do far. I'm happy with that steady pace.
