Appalling Customer Service. I purchased 2 items online in June for £83.72. Receipt available. This has only just, (December), been deducted from my Bank account, but at a charge of £93.37. Statement avaible.
All the necessary information has been passed to Customer Services who clearly do not see this as a priority even though it's fraudulent.
I will be taking small claims court action in the New Year and will not be buying online again. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.
