Ordered 2 fillet logs which were on offer, only one arrived. Needed two as I was hosting people. Instead of sending me another as requested they refunded me for one log which was poor really considering the one log with delivery wasn't really worth it anymore, basically cancelled out the offer price. Suspect they were out of stock but who knows. If things arent in stock, then you should be made aware before you buy or at least be notified before they ship.
