The beef fillet steak was very good indeed, however the beef fillet steak strips was in small pieces with quite a bit of fat on same, we lost almost 200g per kg once prepared for freezing. You might be better purchasing a complete fillet and cutting it into strips although this would be more expensive. The chicken portions was good overall but again needed trimming. I have conacted the company regarding two deliveries which did not happen especially annoying as one was for Christmas. To date I have had no response from the company which was sent a few days ago.
