I had ordered some sweets and snacks from this store. My order was shipped in two parts. I had selected Ekart as the courier. One shipment was received on time. The other shipment was delayed by a week. I do not understand why this delay occurred and why there were two shipments. On opening the parcel items were missing. I took photos of the received parcel and sent a mail to customer care. I did not receive any reply from them. I do not blame TMV for the delay, but fail to understand why one shipment was delayed and stayed at the store, while the other reached me. Also no response from cs shows that they are not concerned.
