I would steer clear of this “retailer”. I initially bought items and received free postage, but because they never had the same print in stock to exchange - I was to pay return postage and then reimburse the free postage on the items. This all adds up to nearly half the price of the item as the return HAS to be tracked and signed so therefore isn’t even worth returning. The customer service from a new retailer I was shocked at, the reply I had received showed that they didn’t have any empathy for my situation as their response was so abrupt and rude. So if you want to return. DON’T. You’d be better off reselling as they think putting you out of pocket is acceptable.
