We ordered 3 weather sticks. One stuck was kinda bent to the side. I wrote to the company and sent a photo. I received a response in less than 24 hours. They said they would replace the one I was not happy with. That new package came in just a few days. We were so happy as the 3 we got were for gifts. When we opend the box we found 3 "premium" sticks sent to us. That is amazing customer service! I am telling everyone how Impressed we are with the product and with customer service. Thank you!
