I was a little disappointed some items I wanted were out of stock, but the products I di get are great. and I wasn't impress with the cost of shipping per hat. Shipping cost negates the lower cost of each item, it's a wash, so no advatange to save here. Staff did get back to me in a timely manner when I asked a question. Overall good.
