My last order will be my last order. Shipping takes way too long from the time of order and is ridiculously expensive. Plus, yes I messed up and ordered the wrong hat. Sent back for an exchange and still haven’t received any info on sending me exchanged hats. Meanwhile my customers are waiting. 2 week processing time for a simple exchange isn’t customer friendly. There are plenty of other wholesalers to use which I have chosen to do.
