I bought 2 hats that showed in stock from the Park Wholesale but only received one in the mail. I contacted customer service and was told I’d have to wait about a month + to receive the other hat or I could get a refund. I told them I could just wait and it was fine. A month goes by and I get an email from Park wholesale that my my was being refunded because I guess they were never getting my hat in stock. I was really bummed out because it was a specific color “Quarry” that I was looking forward to. The only recommendation I have is don’t list items and allow customers to pay for them when they are out of stock and the possibility you will never get that item. It was really disappointing .
