The quality of the items I purchased were great. However, I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it because I needed to change the sizes I purchased and was unable to do so. Customer service let me know that it was already in process and I received a notification later in the day that it had shipped. Based on tracking it didn’t actually ship until a couple of days later. I checked the cancellation policies and there don’t appear to be any cancellations allowed. I don’t think that’s a great policy.
