To be honest a bit frustrated with this last purchase. I ordered several types of hats. Only half the order showed up. Then I had to call to find out that the were out of stalk of what I ordered. They offered to refund or send out a different style. I chose a new style it was slightly high cost. Was not offered a discount to help off set some of the cost. Then I paid the difference and the hats did not ship until I called a week later to find out what was going on.
