Ordered different colored hats, 3 colors in all. 1st two colors arrived on time. Made couple inquires on line and text to find remainder of order. Told backordered. When finally spoke with someone no explanation could be given for delay, except sorry. Not the best customer service nor incentive to continue to be a customer.
