Heading into retirement, I wanted to retain both my work and my personal numbers; I ordered a keenly priced dual sim phone, which was delivered promptly, correctly spec'd for UK use, in perfect condition. I then decided the UK roaming sim card they offer would give me good back up cover, continuing to use my other sim for regular use. I contacted Vanessa, who checked I could port my work number to such a sim and so, with great support from Vanessa along the way, I now have the set-up I wanted.
