These are THE tastiest protein shakes and bars ever. And I've tried a LOT of different brands. This is my new obsession coz I see new flavours that I haven't tried and then they put on a sale and then you can pay in installments..... I've got a full cupboard now dedicated to Protein Works meal replacement shakes. I'm having 2 (and sometimes 3) in a day and a meal and losing weight. It's like drinking a dessert. I've just had my diabetic review and this is the best one where my sugar levels are static and I'm sure it's down to these. Honestly, try them. Along with their cookies and cream protein bars and sugar free caramel latte drops to go in coffee! No nasty saccharine or stevia taste. Absolutely gorgeous.
