I like it so much better since it has the music and relaxation part. It wasn’t any help before that because I only focused on the pain. You need more than the initial 5 minutes to do the Questions in the beginning. I’ve started a couple times and something happened or went wrong and I couldn’t answer the questions. It really upset me especially the last time. It just changed to the next minute as I picked it up and I was too late
