I’m not very happy with this product. It helps somewhat while I’m using it, but it’s expensive and not covered by insurance, so it really isn’t affordable long term. Also, the customer service has been frustrating. I received a faulty device and have had three different Nerivio customer care people call me to “gather information” about it but have not sent me a refund or exchange. I am now having nerve pain associated with it, which I will contact customer service about, but I’m not expecting to be helped given my experience thus far.
