I wrote a review two months ago about my dissatisfied with the device. I was that one in a million situation where my device was defective.
The Nerivio staff worked with me everyday for two weeks to get me a new device. The device works better than I could have ever hoped for. It doesn't get rid of the migraine but it does help me to function a lot better. Since I have more than 12 migraines a month I had to pick and choose when to use the device. But it helped a lot when I did have to use it.
