I like the device but it seems I need two episodes to knock out headache. It has advantage of not being ingested meds but is too pricey for 50/50 chance of results. I'm also disappointed in length of time it takes to refill, two weeks too much. How about total minutes to use as i need, 30 minutes one day, but 60 min another day for a more stubborn headache
