I didn't believe in the process in the beginning. After the second time it worked much better. I usually have a low grade headache when done, but am in a much better place than when I started. I lay down for the treatment and usually fall asleep for approximately one hour. The added benefit is that my shoulder was injured and after the treatment it feels better.
