I’ve had chronic migraine for 30 years, and week-long episodes of intractable migraine. I’ve found Nerivio but not a cure. It’s particularly good with mild-ish migraines or moderate ones at bedtime. I can usually get to sleep afterwards without any additional med. It is otherwise a helpful adjunct with meds rather than a replacement. I do wish there was variability in treatment sessions, so that it can be interrupted briefly or restarted if I can’t complete it in one sitting.
