Some days it works well, others not as much. I have hypnic migraine which makes things difficult. I'm used to having headaches most nights. I can no longer take my oral medications because I had a very mild stroke 2 months ago, and those meds are contraindicated now.
I'm very happy I have Nerivio along with an Allay green light.
