For the most part, Nerivio gives temporary relief but rarely aborts the attack like medication. If I catch the headache very early, the relief will last for 24 hours. It is hard to catch the attack early because I have daily, chronic migraine. I think Nerivio is a good tool to have in the migraine toolbox but in my particular case, is a conjunctive therapy. 3.5 stars for me but you should definitely I give it a try.
