I find this very effective. I had been using it for about 6months now and without any medications, my migraine improves to almost none after every treatment. However, I would like to call out the poor customer service. I had been waiting for the item to arrive only to find out that they need new prescription. Prescription was provided and they offered the bundle which I gladly accepted. After 2weeks of not receiving they said that I need a new prescription for the 3 devices. Prescription was provided but no calls or update. I called again Nov 2, only to find out that they are waiting for my signal. Why wait? Or can you just call your patient?
