Loving the device so far! The trick for me is to use it at the first sign of a migraine. Love using this before I hit the medication route. Not painful at all and great app! The UI is solid. Love that you can refill from the app, has the questionnaires , and guided meditation. I'm hand down so happy I found out about this.
