I have only used it 4 times. The 1st time I tryed to use it, it would not connect. Customer service had me reset phone 3x's to make it work. Last night it would not connect again. So I finally restarted my phone and it worked.
Trouble shooting is not an easy thing to do when you have a migraine w/ aura's or bring light sensitive.
