The device is easy to use. It’s painless, as long as I don’t turn it up too high. For mild migraines, I find it ends the migraine and prevents it from escalating. For moderate migraines, I use it in conjunction with medication and it is a great tool to help end a migraine and prevent escalation. For severe migraines, I haven’t found it effective. I have found I don’t have a tolerance for the physical stimulation when I am in such physical discomfort.
