I didn't fully understand exactly how this was going to work, but I love it. It goes on your upper arm and start it and for 45 minutes it sends electrical pulses to your brain stem and it has meditation videos to help keep you calm while the treatment continues. The only thing it hasn't treated for me is my extreme neck stiffness, otherwise, my migraine almost melts away with the treatment
